O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.14705 of 2021.

Mr.M.Liagat Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo by stating that the following amounts have been received by the petitioner:- Amount received till date:- 1.

Special Provident Fund Rs.37,677/- 2.

General Provident Fund Rs.4,22,020/- 3.

Earned Leave Salary Rs.7,83,503/- 4.

Provisional Pension from April 2020 till September 2023 Rs.17,14,948/- 5.

Additional Charge Allowance Rs.3,88,164/- Total Rs.33,46,312/- 2.1.

It is further submitted by Mr.M.Liagat Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner that the following amounts are yet to be disbursed by the respondent:- "1. DCRG

2. Commutation Pension

3. Leave Salary for the period from 15.06.2018 to 29.07.2019 2/4

4. Special Provident Fund Government Contribution

5. Pension from October 2023."

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that some of the payments which have been withheld by the respondent is only in view of the pending proceedings under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules and the entitlement of the petitioner to receive the same will depend upon the outcome of the same.
