Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further order imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No. 7253 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 10936 of 2020 dated 23.07.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:

Vide order dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7253 of 2020 had relaxed the condition imposed by this Court on 23.07.2020. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the modified condition.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to.
