(CRIME NO.585 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.7361 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.12807 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7361 of 020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12807 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020., while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
