Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5(c) imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 26.02.2021 passed in the above Crl.OP.NO.3879/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition in para 5(c ) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3879 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C., @ 302, 201 of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
