When it is pointed out that the Petitioner has not made any claim under the Medical Attendance Rules before the concerned authority under whom she had worked in terms of the order dated 18.03.2022 passed in W.P. No. 28097 of 2018 by the Court, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to work out her remedies in that regard before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
