These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.
4. Though the prayer in CMP.No.8164 of 2025 is to implead 5th and 6th respondent namely Kumar and Malliga as 6th and 7th respondent in the above second appeal, it is found that Kumar / R2 had already been on record. Therefore, the Registry is directed to bring on record only Malliga as 5th respondent in the above second appeal. Issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 25.06.2025.
5. Post the case on 25.06.2025.
