ORDER

Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st Respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the Report issued by the 2nd Respondent based on the Petitioners Representation dated consider 29.09.2025.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is absolute owner of the land comprised in S.No.145 Punja Land, R.K.Pet Taluk, Tiruvallur District. It is the grievance of the petitioner that without conducting proper inspection and without issuing notice, the second respondent has issued a false certificate dated 12.09.2023 stating that there is no residential houses, public road, religious places or agricultural lands exist within 500 meters of the stone crushing unit. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.09.2025 to the first respondent, however, no action is forthcoming. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this Order.
