Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Learned Committee Members to conduct the expert committee meetings at a neutral venue to enable fearless attendance by the Petitioners / stakeholders (in WMP.2274/17 inWP.No.574/14) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RANARAJAN NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in person and of Mr.SU.SRINIVASAN ASG for 1 & 2 respondents and Mr.R.MUTHUKUMARASWAMY AG ASSIT BY M. MAHARAJA, (HR & CE ) Special Government Pleader for 4 & 6 respondents and Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent the court made the following order:- The applicant claims that the assistance to the expert committee has become impossible, because meetings are being held in HR & CE office and access is not provided.
We are of the view that the expert committee may itself examine where it wants to hold the meetings. But in case, it is desirous of having the attendance of any person, if so desired, the Government authorities will facilitate the same.
