Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings vide circular in Na.Ka.No.3412/90/E1, dated 26.7.1990 of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to allot the property bearing plot No.599, (599/1 also), 33rd Street, GKM Colony and more fully described in the schedule hereunder to dislocated members of the petitioner association. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the contempt application filed by the fourth respondent for the non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.296 of 2013, dated 09.01.2013, this Court directed the parties to go before Civil Court. In the light of the said fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
