O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings issued by the General Manager (Administration), Gratuity Trust Fund dated 26.08.2022 in Proc. No.AGR2/24176/2022, submitted that pursuant to the orders of this court, representation of the petitioner has been considered and sanction has been accorded to release a sum of Rs.59,591/- towards gratuity payable to the petitioner and that the same will be transferred to the account of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

2. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Advocate General and the proceedings of the General Manager (Administration), Gratuity Trust Fund that the petitioner's representation has been considered favourably, however, the monetary benefits, is yet to be accrued to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed, as there is no willful violation or disobedience of the order of this court. However, there is no order as to costs.
