ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take an appropriate action against the third respondent herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent herein.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint in C.S.R.No.244 of 2020, which was given by the petitioner's relative has been closed as "Family dispute". Thereafter, the petitioner lodged the present complaint dated 25.02.2021. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
