ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.12.2019 seeking execution of sale deed in pursuance of the allotment letter dated 25.10.1999 in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner was alloted plot No.314 Malligaipoo Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Chennai by the second respondent. In pursuance of the allotment order, the respondents also issued no objection certificate dated 25.10.1999 and entered into lease cum sale agreement dated 12.10.1999. The petitioner had paid the entire amount as per the conditions. Even then, the respondents failed to execute any sale deed in favour of the petitioner. However, in the meantime, one Malarkodi and Vijaya had filed writ petition in WP.No.35805 of 2004 before this Court challenging the allotment order in favour of the petitioner. However, the writ petition was dismissed on 24.09.2019. Even then, the respondents did not come forward to execute any sale deed in favour of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, 2/4

the respondents are directed to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner as per the allotment letter dated 25.10.1999 in respect of Plot No.314 situated at Malligaipoo Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-83 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the petitioner paid the entire amount as per the lease cum sale agreement dated 12.10.1999.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
