PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his cable T.V. operator room, stipulated at Perumal Koil Street, Avathukudi, Veppur- Taluk, Cuddalore District to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his cable T.V. operator room, stipulated at Perumal Koil Street, Avathukudi, Veppur- Taluk, Cuddalore District to secure the ends of justice. 2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2021 will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made, this Court, without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2021, after issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
