This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 373 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 13.08.2015 made in M.C.O.P.No.192 of 2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Judge), Perundurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. It is made clear that the petitioners are not entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.
