This revision petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.131 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional District Court Page No.1/4
(Fast Track Court) Kancheepuram, seeking rejection of the plaint filed under Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/caveator has submitted that on 24.04.2023 the parties before the trial Court have filed a compromise memo reporting that the matter is settled out of the Court and accordingly on recording the same, the trial Court also dismissed O.S.No.131 of 2017 as settled out of the Court. Once, the main suit itself is disposed off this revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous on account of dismissal of the main suit before the trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
