ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for earlier disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.11.2023, pending on the file of the first respondent. The petitioner had preferred an appeal dated 02.11.2023 before the first respondent in an appeal No.7454/3/2022.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal as stated supra within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 02.11.2023 in appeal No.7454/3/2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
