When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Permission is granted. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
