This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.03.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta in his name.
2. Heard Mr.R.Lokeshwaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an OnLine application along with all necessary documents and particulars and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of OnLine application from the petitioner. If there are any rival claims, notice shall be issued to them before passing final orders. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4
costs.
