Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2 to 4 respondents to give police protection to conduct the three marriage functions scheduled on 27.08.2017, 31.08.2017 and 04.09.2017 situated at Arulmighu Angala Parameswari Thirukoil, Vazthu Mudali Kootam, Vallalar Nagar, Kavunthapadi Pudur, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District on the basis of the representation / complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.08.2017.

marriage functions scheduled on 27.08.2017, 31.08.2017 and 04.09.2017 at petitioner-Temple Community Hall / Marriage Hall.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 5th respondent is the rival party claiming rights in administration of the petitioner-Temple.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of either of the parties, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent herein and such exercise shall be completed on or before 25.08.2017.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
