Mr.R.Vasudevan, Advocate for the plaintiff and Ms.Swetha Sridhar for BFS Legal Advocate for the defendants are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the plaintiff and defendants 1 to 3 are present. Both counsels are also present. After mutual discussion negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they have arrived at a compromise to settle the matter and Deed of Compromise Memo also filed and the above said Deed of Compromise Memo is recorded. The above said Deed of Compromise Memo shall form part of the award. Accordingly Civil Suit is disposed of. Consequently connected A.No.1551 of 2021 is closed.
2. This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
3. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the plaintiff in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub sec, 1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
