ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na. Ka. No. 262/2014/Kai1 dt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.2.2014 and consequently letter dt 4.3.2014 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to renew the license in 12 locations as per the renewal application made by the petitioner on 1.1.2014.

3. Challenging the orders impugned dated 05.2.2014 and 04.3.2014, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

4. A perusal of the said order would show that they are nothing, but a communication between the first and the second respondents. Admittedly, the petitioner''s licence period is over. The respondent has proposed to call for fresh tenders. Thus, the petitioner cannot continue as a matter of right instead of taking part in the fresh tender.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the fresh tenders. The petitioner is also at liberty to take part in the tender. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is at liberty to continue the hoardings till the confirmation of fresh tender subject to the condition that the petitioner pays the arrears of amount and future amount till the said period. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
