ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and in particular the 1st respondent to issue chitta and record the name of the petitioner in the A Register with respect to the subject property. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent submitted that the request made by the petitioner is already under process and it requires some time to redress the grievance expressed by the petitioner.

In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the process within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
