ORDER

Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Impugned Order has been superseded by a subsequent demand dated 04.03.2026. A copy of the said demand has also been produced before this Court and the same is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the Petitioner to workout the remedy against the subsequent demand, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
