This application has been filed by the petitioners in O.P.No. 510 of 2021 seeking a few minor corrections in the succession certificate issued to them by an order dated 08.12.2021.

2. In the certificate issued, after mentioning the names of the three petitioners, it had been stated that the petitioners 1 and 3 are granted Succession Certificate. It should be 'petitioners 1, 2 and 3'. The said correction may be carried out and a fresh certificate may be issued or in the existing certificate, amendment may be carried out.

3. Additionally the spelling of the second petitioner is also to be corrected. It is given as Aravind whereas it should be Arvind.
