2/6 PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner's land amend the FMB in the patta Nos. 953 and 1005, lands situated in survey Nos.88/1A3, 88/2B, 88/1A2 at Karimalaipadi, Melravandavadi, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvnamalai District based on the petitioner's online application dated 17.10.2024.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.10.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.
2.Heard Mr.T.Panchatsaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.
3/6 3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Settlement Deed dated 11.01.1996 and also the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta Nos.953 & 1005. The petitioner submitted an application seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd and 4 th respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.10.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta issued in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
