Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation requesting for joining duty of Department of Fisheries Biology and Resource Management Fisheries College and Research Institute Thoothukudi within a time frame.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.K.M.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when if necessary arises. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, a letter was forwarded to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the petition.

2.Recording said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the letter sent by him on behalf of petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to with draw this present writ petition.
