ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, who was arrested on 19.11.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 5(1) read with 6 of POCSO Act 2012 & Section 449, 366, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.11 of 2021, seeking bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police opposed granting bail to the petitioner on the ground that the trial is almost completed and for the examination of Investigating Officer, the case is posted on 07.04.2022. 3.
