(CRIME NO.1713/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respodnent police on 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 10.30a. of every Month until further orders when required for interrogation and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No. 25741/2021 order dated 23.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 19.01.2022 till 30.03.2022 and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 23.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25741 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 3rd Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., of every month until further order and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, stands relaxed.
