ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order passed by the first respondent/Deputy Commissioner of Labour vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.01/2016/A3, dated 12.04.2017 by stating that the writ petitioner has already been re-appointed in the Tamil Nadu Public Distribution Plan Where-house Consumer Protection Department, Uthukottai.

2. He further submitted that the said copy of the proceedings has also been received by the writ petitioner and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
