Petitioners Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court the petitioners therefore pray that a SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE may be granted to the 1st petitioner namely Mrs.C.S.Uma with power to collect the debt and to receive interst specified in the Schedule hereunder.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities belonging to late C.L.Sahasranaman who died on 10.04.2003 and his one of his daughters C.S.Radha died on 17.01.2003.

2. The securities stand in the name of both C.L.Sahasranaman and C.S.Radha. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. The death certificate of T.R.Subhalakshmi, w/o. C.L.Sahasranaman has been produced as Ex.P1. The death certificate of C.L.Sahasranaman has been produced as Ex.P7. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P9.

3. A perusal of the Ex.P9 shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased C.L.Sahasranaman and his daughter C.S.Radha, who is the E or S account holder, who died on 17.01.2003. It is also seen that she was married at the time of her death. The death certificate of C.S.Radha has been produced as Ex.P6. The evidence available would disclose that the petitioners as the heirs of C.L.Sahasranaman would be entitled to the securities in question.

4. Hence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
