Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To issue suitable / necessary directions to the 6th Respondent to immediately inform al temples under his responsibility that no Balalayam can be performed by any of the temples unless cleared by this Honble Court through its Expert Committee members in WMP.2275/17 in WP.No.574/14. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RANARAJAN NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in person and of Mr.SU.SRINIVASAN ASG for 1 & 2 respondents and Mr.R.MUTHUKUMARASWAMY AG ASSIT BY M. MAHARAJA, (HR & CE ) Special Government Pleader for 4 & 6 respondents and Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Advocate General on instruction states that no Balalayam is being performed without the clearance by the expert committee.
We take the aforesaid statement on record. In case, the applicant has materials that Balalayam is being conducted without the clearance by the expert committee, he may move the expert committee.
