This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.2.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for a permanent domestic service connection in the residential house that has been put up in the subject property.

2. Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent will consider the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law and some time limit can be fixed by this Court in this regard.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.2.2020 strictly in accordance with law and the relevant regulations and shall take appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
