ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.4714 of 2016, by order dated 04.03.2016, directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, to pass appropriate orders and dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 30.05.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
