This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the

impugned order dated 06.09.2025 passed in M.C.No.397 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Judge Family Court at Chennai.

2. There is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. On a perusal of the averments, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
