When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the entire amount had been settled to the Respondent. A joint compromise memo dated 03.07.2023 is also filed. The learned Counsel for the Respondent also present in Court. 2.In the light of the joint compromise memo, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as settled out of Court. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the order.

3.The Complainant is directed to withdraw the amount available before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Kallakurichi, in C.C.No.56 of 2017.
