2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he has filed an memo of adoption before the Registry.

4. Though there is no representation for the respondents, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to put up the said memo in the case bundle and post the main suit on 22.01.2024.
