ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to transfer the investigation in Crime No.191 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 from the file of the 3rd respondent to Crime Branch CID, Chennai or some other agency for appointing an appropriate officer for proper investigation and to file final report.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that despite an F.I.R. is lodged on 21.10.2021, no action has been taken and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is yet to be concluded. Accordingly, prays for transfer of the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to Crime Branch CID, Chennai or some other agency. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that they are awaiting report from the G.S.T. Authorities. He added that they would conclude the investigation within a period of six weeks.

4.In such view of the matter, at present there is no need for transfer of the investigation. The respondent police is directed to conduct a fair investigation and complete the same and file a final report within a period of six (6) weeks. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
