It is submitted that in this case now investigation completed, charge sheet filed against the petitioner and another for offence under Sections 7(a) and 7(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and the same is taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2025, on the file of Special Court for Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Coimbatore and the case is posted for the appearance of the petitioner and other accused on 09.04.2025. 2.Finding that already investigation completed and charge sheet filed in this case, nothing survives in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
