ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 P.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1561 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 P.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1561 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, viz., on Monday, at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
