ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.G.S.Vivekanandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and 7, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 5 and 6 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the th respondent.

4/7 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the revision petition/representation dated 14.02.2025 made by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the 3 rd respondent dated 22.01.2025 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 5 th and 6 th respondents and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
