ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021 to rectify the patta as per the registered sale deeds.

2. According to the petitioner, his father has purchased properties to an extent of 84 cents. However, the second respondent has issued patta only respect of 66.69 cents instead of 84 cents. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.03.2021 to the second respondent to rectify the defect and issue patta as per the registered sale deeds. But, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021 is pending with the second respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
