2. Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the fourth appellant who was arrayed as 72nd accused, died on 04.03.2022. Copy of the death certificate has also been filed with regard to the same.

3. Recording the same, Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Consequently, the Criminal Appeal No.660 of 2011 is dismissed as abated as against the fourth appellant/72nd accused alone.
