Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court order dated 23.12.2016 that to appear before the learned Honble Judge, XI th Addl Sessions and Special Court for CBI cases at Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEELA, Advocate for the petitioner and of SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court order dated 23.12.2016 that to appear before the learned XI Additional Sessions and Special Court for CBI Cases at Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that pursuant to the condition imposed by this Court on 23.12.2016 while granting bail to the petitioner herein is regularly reporting before the learned XI Additional Sessions and Special Court for CBI Cases at Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. In view of the fact that he being the resident of Rajasthan and he lost his wife recently and hence, he is unable to travel from Rajasthan to Chennai on every month leaving his children unattended. Therefore, this petition may be allowed.

5.Considering the facts stated above, this Court is inclined to consider this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner shall report before the learned XI Additional Sessions and Special Court for CBI Cases at Chennai on the first working day of once in three months viz., October, January, April, July at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
