Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Memorandum No 2106/APD-A1/2022 dated 29.02.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the further selection process for the direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Director of Agriculture (Extension) in pursuant to the notification of the 3rd Respondent in Notification No. 1/2023 dated 12.01.2023.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made the following endorsement in the bundle:

'As the typed furnished by 4th respondent 2/4

reveals that the equivalence go was issued by Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Govt dated 7/8/2024 in G.O.M.S.No.173 Agriculture Farmers Welfare (AL) Department and the recruitment notification dated 1/2023 was quashed by this Hon'ble Court, in W.P.33275/2025 on 28/11/2025. The present writ petition has become infructuous and liberty may be given to participate the petitioner in selection process based on the selection.'

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
