This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent issue a no objection certificate to the Petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "ARS AYURVEDIC CENTRE" at No.4/146, Ammnkulam Road, P.N.Palayam, Coimbatore - 641 037 by considering the representation dated 09.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2023 is available with the first respondent and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders immediately in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
