The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of HMOP. No.645 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore expeditiously within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore to dispose the HMOP. No.645 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner/husband herein has filed a petition in HMOP No. 645 of 2015 before the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore seeking dissolution of marriage which took place on 23.05.2010 with the respondent. The petitioner filed a proof affidavit on 06.12.2016 and the petitioner's side evidence closed. Exhibits P1 to P3 were also marked. Now, the case has been posted for cross examination on 27.12.2016. For the last one year there is no progress in HMOP No.645 of 2015. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the HMOP.No.645 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order in accordance with law.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No Cost.
