Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.84 of 2004 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
