O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to file final report in Cr.No.272 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother Thangamuthu died under suspicious circumstances, therefore, a case in Cr.No.272/2021, for the offences under Section 174 Cr.P.C. was registered at Thiruchengodu Rural Police Station. Till now, the respondent police has not completed the investigation and filed the final report and therefore this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation in this case is pending and the respondent police is waiting for the scientific analysis report from the Forensic department.

4.In view of the submissions that investigation almost completed and the respondent is waiting for the forensic report, this Court directs the respondent police to get the forensic report at the earliest possible opportunity and file the final report, preferably within three months from today. With these directions this petition is disposed of.
