ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent.

2. However, this Court has went through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the representation dated 20.01.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the death certificate of the petitioner's father, Mr.Santha Kumar, in the column for the name of the husband/wife, it is mentioned as "Lakshmi". As a matter of fact, the name of the petitioner's mother is "Malliga" not "Lakshmi".

However, if the petitioner doesn't satisfy the first respondent that this is only an error and there are rival claims, the name need not be corrected.

4. The petitioner shall approach the first respondent within three weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order and thereafter, the exercise shall be completed 2/4
