The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.839 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has been completed and draft final report has been ready and is yet to be filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.V, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.
3.In the light of the above development, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this petition. 4.There shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately the final report is acted upon and summons are issued and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
